Audio and lighting will be visually inspected at every event before being placed on the stands. Stands will be placed as far away from the public as possible, next to walls or in corners of the room.

Volume levels to be monitored throughout the event. Higher volumes used for shorter periods of time during the performance. DJ to walk out onto the dance floor and around the venue to check sound levels in all areas. If DJ booth has to be positioned close to the speakers then hearing protection will be worn by the DJ.
